The Main Point
Sadly, some of these tragedies could have been prevented. The Sports Safety Alliance is working to reduce the number of injuries and fatalities. I applaud their efforts.
That's actually a good campaign. We should always be aware of these sports injuries so we may know how to deal with them.

Injuries often happen because of lack of preparation (not stretching before heavy physical exercise, doing an exercise improperly, etc.), so it's good to have awareness campaigns like this.

I agree. Awareness is the number one aspect of prevention. With this kind of campaign, injuries, accidents and even deaths can be prevented. A simple fall may cause neck pain that can be very dangerous to one's health.
ReplyDeleteSports and injuries both are related to each other. As due to lack of attention and due to some mishaps, we are facing different types of injuries in our sports career. But its better to deal with these injuries, otherwise, we are facing problems. Raising the awareness of sports injuries among youths would be beneficial for them, as it increase the attention level and courage to face these problems.
